These policies apply to all registered members of All American RV Parks and their invited guests.

Site Occupancy & Guest Rules

• Members are allowed up to six (6) people per site, including themselves and their immediate family.
• Guests must be identified at check-in and cannot be substituted during the reservation; they may not be swapped or added during your stay.
• Immediate family is defined as the member’s children under age 26 who live at the member’s residence, as stated in the membership contract.
• Memberships do not include children over age 25 or relatives outside the immediate household.
• If a member registers fewer than four (4) people at check-in, any additional non-immediate family guests added during the stay will incur guest fees—regardless of whether the total number remains within the 4-person or 6-person site limit.
• All visitors must register at the office before entering the resort.
• No exceptions without prior manager approval.

Guest Fees

• Day Guests:
  • $10.00 per person per day
  • $4.00 per day per vehicle
• Overnight Guests (less than 10 nights):
  • $10.00 per night per guest
  • $4.00 per vehicle
• Extended Stay Overnight Guests (10+ nights):
  • Must be formally registered

Note: Some older contracts may refer to a 10-person site limit, while others state 6. The official policy is a strict 6-person maximum per site unless prior approval is granted by management.

• Page 5, #1 — “Who in my family does my membership include? It includes husband and wife plus all single members of a household who are dependent on the head of the household and living in the same place of residence. It also includes single dependents that are away at school. Memberships purchased do not include members’ children over the age of 25.”
• Page 5, #4 — “Is there a usage fee for daytime-only use of the resort facilities? Yes, please check current rates.”
• Page 1, #3 — “Rules Supporting Member Satisfaction at the Resort: The Resort may at any time adopt, amend or repeal Resort and Member Rules, as well as those applicable only to the management of the resort.”

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, the following occupancy and guest policies apply to all public (non-member) visitors at Hidden Springs RV Resort:

• Public rates include up to four (4) specific individuals per site for the duration of the stay. Additional guests are subject to fees.
• A strict maximum of six (6) total people per site applies at all times.
• Guests must be identified at check-in and cannot be substituted during the reservation; they may not be swapped or added during your stay.
• If a guest registers fewer than four (4) people at check-in, any additional guest added during the stay will incur guest fees—regardless of whether the total number remains within the 4-person site limit.
• All guests must register at the office before entering the resort.
• There is no limit on the number of different day guests or separate visits per day, provided the 6-person maximum is not exceeded.
• No exceptions without prior manager approval.

Day Guest & Overnight Fees

• Day Guest: $20.00 per person, per day
• Overnight Guest (less than 10 nights): $20.00 per night, per guest
• Additional Vehicle: $6.00 per day, per vehicle
